Pan Lid

First off - it's not non-stick for scrambled eggs
Secondly - It's hard to clean all the stuck-on food out of all of those grooves.
I gave it 2 stars for being pretty.

There is no phone support for customer service and no one has responded to my email, which was "undeliverable". Meanwhile I can't use my frying pan because the handle assembly is missing a screw

First of all, this is made in china. This pan is two hundred dollars and you have to assemble itYou

the pan and the lid is totally cheap. The return policy states the product has to be in the original packaging and unused. They will not accept a return if you take it out of the package. So that is false advertisement. They make it an extreme hassle, trying to get your money back. I have requested two times for our return label.And they keep offering 50% off and state that it is a hassle to return the product.Because they make it a hassle.

I Unpackaged the pan, Cleaned it, then started to cook for the first time on it. I cooked potatoes and scrambled eggs, the food got stuck to the pan. I had to scrape off the food. I was very Disappointed. It was actually worse than using one of my other pans.

This was a waste of my money. I am truly disappointed in company and pan which by the way is not nonstick. I tried to return it and come to find out you can’t return it unless it’s in its original packaging. So being as though I no longer have the packaging I’m stuck with this pan, which by the way wasn’t cheap so I’m out of getting any refund or company credit. Such a rip off.

My husband bought me a frying pan for $200 as a gift, but it's too sticky and I can't use it. Even a $20 frying pan doesn't stick like this, but there's no product warranty and they don't return it. It's a really a bad company.

After reading up on what's in most cookware, I made the switch. This pan is pure titanium and it shows.
