Pan Lid

After reading up on what's in most cookware, I made the switch. This pan is pure titanium and it shows.

It cooks evenly and looks sleek on the stovetop.

I've bought other "titanium" stuff off Amazon and it turned out to be coated steel. This is legit.

This was a little more than I usually spend on kitchen stuff, but I get it now. It feels like something that'll last me years, not months. Also just nice knowing I'm not eating flakes of whatever coating those cheap pans use.

I messaged them asking if the handle was oven-safe, and Sara emailed me back like an hour later. Super helpful and not robotic. Luv that. I decided to order 2, one for my mother and one for me. Works perfectly!

Looked kind of plain out of the box. But once I actually cooked in it, it just worked. No weird smells, nothing stuck, and it cleaned up way easier than I thought it would. Used it every day this week.

My first meal was salmon and the skin crisped beautifully. Wasn't expecting that. Still getting used to how fast it heats up, don't walk away like I did lol.
