4 Star...only issue is difficulty on getting all burnt marks on bottom of pan.

Can’t speak well for the non stick function of the titanium pan it just isnt like the video showed

Titanium saute’ pan review: It’s a very nice pan and well made. The textured surface is odd but works OK. It is not 100% non-stick so fried and scrambled eggs do not release instantly but also do not weld onto the pan. It does not require as much fat or oil than an iron pan. As the metal is comparatively thin it can register some hot spots using a gas stove. I did not try it on an induction stove so I don’t know if it will work there. My othercookware is Mauviel and Le Creuset. They are as expensive, but heavier. I wish Plateful had a smaller pan as this one is a one trick pony at this size. A full sized Wok would be nice in this material.
