I couldn’t wait to start using my new Platefull titanium pan, but unfortunately it has been a major disappointment.

Despite being advertised as non-stick, everything I’ve cooked in it has stuck to the surface—eggs, meats, sauces, and just about everything else I’ve tried. I even followed up by using non-stick cooking spray (Pam) and oil, but it made little to no difference.

To make matters worse, the food often leaves behind a stubborn layer that’s difficult and time-consuming to remove when washing the pan.

Based on my personal experience, this pan did not perform as advertised. I do not recommend it.

Haven’t tried the recopes yet.

I had a different brand of titanium skillet that wasn’t as nonstick as I had hoped. This Plateful brand works much better. It helped to have instructions with it! The other skillet had no instructions.

I still need to download the 6 ebooks.

The cook books are great, very helpful
